Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at marcozouvekphoto@gmail.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Via Europa 30, 8º 2ª, Mataró, B, 08304, Spain.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
