Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your artwork to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, not framed by a third party, with its certificate of authenticity and in its original archival packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, write to us at press@marcozouvek.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Europa 30, 8º 2ª, Mataró, B, 08304, Spain.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Artworks sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect the artwork on arrival and contact us immediately if it arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive a piece other than the one ordered, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exceptions: non-returnable works

Made-to-order works cannot be returned: custom formats outside the catalogue, bespoke framing and specific commissions, as these are printed expressly for each client. Gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have any doubts about your particular piece, write to us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the artwork you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new piece.

14-day right of withdrawal (European Union)

Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the artwork must be in the same condition in which you received it, with its certificate of authenticity and original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
